Frequently Asked Questions.

What is Hypnosis?

Hypnosis is a naturally occurring state of mind. However, few people in our busy society of today get to use it. Hypnosis involves the person becoming physically very relaxed, so that the mind can become more inwardly focused. When this occurs, there is a clearer pathway to the subconscious mind. The conscious mind will either watch as a spectator, or simply occupy itself with something else. In Hypnosis, suggestions are given directly to the subconscious mind, and it acts upon these suggestions with great vigour. Pre-arranged suggestions (decided consciously) will change any unwanted behaviours the person has.

Can anyone be Hypnotised?

The majority of people can be hypnotised. Very young children or people suffering from Psychosis would not be able to be hypnotised.

Will I remember what I’ve said during Hypnosis?
